My name is Jo Woolf and I practise as a Reflex Zone Practitioner with a background in nursing, palliative care,
psychotherapeutic support, and complementary healthcare.
My interest in complementary medicine began in 1976 after reading Stories the Feet Can Tell by Eunice Ingham, whose work
profoundly influenced my path. I trained in nursing in Israel from 1977 to 1981, and later completed my training as a Reflex Zone
Therapist in London between 1983 and 1984.
Therapeutic touch has consistently shaped and informed my professional life. At the heart of my practice is a methodical, direct
approach, ensuring that every treatment is both thorough and effective.
Having spent a lifetime supporting individuals who are unwell or in distress — as well as their families and carers — I believe more
strongly than ever in the power and efficacy of touch.
I am registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, and I hold a Child Safeguarding certificate.
